BC STRENGTH WALK THROUGH

I am so proud for my gym @the to be the first BC Strength dominant gym in the world 🥰🤩 besides Bret Contreras’s Glute Labs.

I’m also just so happy to have all of the BC strength equipment in my gym! It means a lot to me, as I have learnt so much from Bret he has been like my unofficial mentor and a great friend over the years! So it makes me so happy to have all of the BC Strength equipment in my gym.

As a Glute dominate gym I love how versatile all of the BC Strength equipment is! Which has been game changer for not only my training but when coaching my girls in a group environment!

I honestly think more gyms need to get decked out in BC strength! Not only does it look 🔥 the quality is also 🔥!
